Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 5-year warranty on all MARMY cast marble products, covering manufacturing defects and material integrity under normal household use.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my bathroom layout?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive shipping instructions.
What is the best way to clean cast marble surfaces?
To maintain the shine, use a soft cloth with non-abrasive liquid detergents. Avoid using harsh chemicals or scouring pads, as these can dull the protective gelcoat finish.
Are the mounting accessories included with the washbasins?
Most of our wall-mounted washbasins include the necessary mounting bolts. However, faucets, siphons, and click-clack wastes are sold separately to allow for personal customization.
